In my opinion,everyone has different formulas for healthy life.I define healthy life as never stop exercising!I usually go to gym and do some regular exercise.Exercising make me feel more energetic,and I tend to combine a healthy diet with exercise.

Since I came to America,I found that is a big different on the diet between China and America.Now for breakfast, my diet usually consist of
milk and croissant.For lunch,I like eating onions,spinach,and beef.At first,I excluded all these vegetables,because I didn't like them.After I had a try,I changed my mind.
